Mr. Kinney is experienced in a wide range of complicated legal issues. Based in Tucson and with clients throughout Arizona, Tim specializes in compliance with local and state land use regulations and has significant experience with complicated entitlement issues, real estate transactions, and negotiating public/private partnership agreements. He has represented many clients on land use, zoning, real estate, and administrative law matters throughout Arizona.

 

Tim stays involved in the local community, including serving as a Commissioner on the City of Tucson's Planning Commission and participating on the Tucson Industrial Development Authority's property development committee, and previously serving as chair of the board of local Tucson nonprofit Literacy Connects, chair of the Urban Land Institute’s Southern Arizona Committee, and volunteering with Lawyers for Literacy.

 

Tim received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Arizona and is admitted to practice in Arizona and the District of Arizona.
